GROWING CONFIDENT KIDS, ONE BREATH AT A TIME

Yoga Beanz is a children’s yoga program delivered directly to childcare centres, kindergartens, preschools, schools and community organisations throughout Melbourne’s Eastern and South-Eastern Suburbs. We bring together yoga, mindfulness, movement, breathing and creative expression to help children feel calm, confident and connected. Our fun and inclusive programs are thoughtfully designed for different ages and abilities, supporting children’s physical, social and emotional wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment. We create engaging experiences that help every child build confidence, develop resilience and discover the joy of movement - one breath at a time.
